Our Progression Classes offer a dynamic blend of bodyweight exercises designed to challenge and enhance your strength, balance, coordination, and mobility. As a step up from our Foundation Classes, these classes are slightly more challenging, providing opportunities to further develop your body’s capabilities and help you progress towards your goals with confidence. Description: Building upon the groundwork established in Level 1, the Stable Foundations Class offers a progressive step forward in your movement journey. This 45-minute bodyweight session introduces a variety of seated and standing exercises designed to enhance strength, coordination, and balance, while prioritizing mobility and range of motion. As a slightly more advanced class, Stable Foundations focuses on further developing your physical capabilities while maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment. Each exercise is thoughtfully curated to challenge your coordination and balance while promoting muscle strength and endurance.
