Refund Policy

Digital Products:


All digital products (such as Strong & Steady: Foundations) are non-refundable.
Once purchased, you will receive immediate access to your program.
Why? Digital downloads cannot be “returned,” and this ensures the content remains secure.


Classes & Packages:


Class bookings and packages are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand that circumstances can change:

  • If you are unable to attend a class, please contact us as early as possible.

  • Where possible, we may offer a transfer, reschedule, or credit toward another class within the validity period of your package.

Unused sessions in class packages cannot be refunded, but you are welcome to use them within the package validity period.
We aim to be flexible wherever possible, but all requests should be made in advance.
