These classes are more mobility-focused, aimed at getting you moving again, rebuilding the foundation of your strength and mobility. Description: The Foundation Chair Class is a gentle introduction to physical activity, specifically designed for individuals who may lack mobility, use walking aids, or have been relatively sedentary. The 30-minute class primarily consists of seated exercises, gradually incorporating a portion of standing movements to improve balance and stability. This foundation class has a gentle approach, fostering a welcoming and safe environment where individuals can comfortably embark on their movement journey. With a focus on enhancing flexibility, joint mobility, and strength through carefully curated exercises, our aim is to reintroduce movement into your routine, helping you feel empowered and confident in your physical abilities. Current Activity Level: Suitable for participants who have limited mobility, use walking aids, and/or engage in minimal physical activity. Suitability: Ideal for individuals seeking to reintroduce movement into their routine and build confidence in basic exercises, the class offers a safe and supportive environment.
