With the gentle guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll explore a variety of exercises incorporating equipment such as light dumbbells and resistance bands, all aimed at enhancing strength, posture, balance, coordination and overall mobility. Join us in our supportive and inclusive environment as we celebrate your progress and journey towards a healthier, stronger and more vibrant life! Current activity level: Suitable for participants who have successfully completed the Level 2 Stable foundations class and demonstrate confidence in both seated and standing exercises. Additionally, participants should be able to walk continuously for at least 30 minutes. Suitability: Tailored for individuals seeking a dynamic workout that integrates strength training and enhanced mobility exercises, this class is ideal for those ready to progress beyond bodyweight movements and further challenge their strength and balance. Participants should feel comfortable utilizing light equipment to enhance their workout experience. Additionally, it is suitable for those looking to build their confidence in getting up and down off the floor with ease, enhancing overall mobility and functionality.
